Pixlify Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, technical issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions.

Your use of Pixlify is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in that policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the service, and we will delete your data according to our data retention policy. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately without notice.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
